5 days, total of 40 hours and a lot of stitches for this embroidery. I had to put the video in timelapse and very high speed, as I can’t really show a 40 hour video... It’s my first time making portrait of a real person, so I have no idea where to start. I ended up using painting technic instead, like color blocking and blending. Stitches used are: long & short stitch, needle painting & random stitch. Park Bo-gum is a Korean actor that I like, he had great performance in Reply 1988. This is an old picture of him when he had longer hair. Hope you enjoy watching it.
